We are looking for a friendly, experienced Barista/Cashier to join our daytime team! If you have a passion for great coffee, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills, we’d love to meet you. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mornings, is dependable, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Operate the Square POS and handle cash/credit transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area Assist with opening duties, restocking, and light food preparation Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regular guests Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations

Requirements:

3+ years of barista or customer-facing service experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Morning availability Monday through Saturday (7 AM – 2 PM)
