Leafly Boba Bar is looking for boba tea and coffee enthusiasts who are dedicated, passionate, and have a willingness to learn and work in a fun/casual environment. Our mission is to build and elevate our community by sharing our culture and passion for Asian-inspired beverages. Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service in greeting guests, taking drink orders, and serving customers Consistently craft and fulfill drink orders according to Leafly’s beverage and brand standards Field customer complaints or questions while working to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages Perform standard opening, mid-shift, and closing duties Brew teas, cook boba, prep ingredients, restock ingredients and essentials, perform cleaning duties Maintain a clean and organized work space and front-of-house area Keep up-to-date with drink recipe updates and new recipe launches Create a welcoming experience for all Leafly guests

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication skills Previous food and beverage, customer service, restaurant experience preferred Ability to work well with team members in a faced paced environment Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment Must have weekend availability
