Part-Time Barista/Kitchen Team Member Northrop Grumman Campus – Huntsville, AL $10/hr + tips Day Shifts Only | Fixed Schedules | Paid Training We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Barista/Kitchen team member to join us at our Northrop Grumman café location. Responsibilities:

Craft espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and house specialties Prep and serve simple food items with care and consistency Operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately Keep the workspace clean, organized, and health-code compliant Provide helpful, friendly service to all customers and teammates Work efficiently and stay organized during busy periods Stay curious—learn coffee skills, new recipes, and more

Requirements:

Customer service experience (1 year preferred) Comfort with basic math and cash handling Food service or café experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn
