Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests throughout their dining experience. Experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or catering settings, is highly valued. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods. Participate in banquet services as needed, ensuring smooth operations for special events. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for the food industry, with an interest in fine dining or catering services is a plus.
