Skilled Barista Frenchies Coffee Bar 2420 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615
What You’ll Do:
Craft high-quality espresso and coffee beverages with speed and consistency Prepare specialty drinks, teas, and other café items with attention to detail Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive attitude Maintain a clean and organized workstation Restock, prep, and assist in daily café operations Work as part of a collaborative, respectful, and efficient team Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 6 months barista experience (specialty coffee experience a plus!) Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for coffee and a commitment to quality Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Availability to work weekends and early mornings is a must Reliable, punctual, and professional Serve Safe Certification is a plus

$17.78 – $23.82 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
