Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service
• Operate the cash register and handle all transactions accurately
• Process payments, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized front end area
• Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety, and security

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
