You’ll set the tone for excellent service, train new baristas, and ensure our guests consistently enjoy top-notch coffee and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead barista operations during your shift, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency
• Train and support new baristas on drink recipes, customer service, and store procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations
• Jump in wherever needed—register, food prep, espresso bar, or pastry display
• Help resolve guest concerns with warmth and professionalism
• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks as needed You’re a
