Job description:

As a barista, you will be crafting amazing beverages, preparing delicious foods, and providing outstanding customer service. Applicants must have a sincere interest or passion for coffee. Melbean staff must be willing to learn, demonstrate excellent communication, be a team player, keep a clean work environment, show initiative, and have a well-rounded attitude. You will be expected to work promptly and with a sense of purpose and urgency. We are not just serving coffee and food, we are setting the tone for someone’s day, providing a fun and unique experience, and cultivating a welcoming/warm environment for our guests. •Please submit your resume with references•This position receives daily cash tips and digital tips with paycheck.
