Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Aloha POS system and cash register accurately, handling transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen area, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed while adhering to food handling guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies; restock as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Requirements Previous experience in a barista or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to follow food safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance customer interactions.
