The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that each guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing friendly service to our customers. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure efficient operations. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency. Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
