Barista/Cashier Whole latte Monkeys 2100 SW 154th Avenue, Davie, FL 33326 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at our trailer café whole latte monkeys. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and customer interaction will help enhance the overall experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring satisfaction with their selections. Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the highest quality of products served. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting low inventory levels. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and tracking sales effectively. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment while managing time efficiently during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is beneficial. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
