A Leaf House Barista Team Member serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial member and other team members, and keep the front and back area of Leaf House clean and well stocked. Operating POS system and cash register, communicates with customers, and assists other Leaf House staff as needed. The main objective to this position is to deliver outstanding customer service and provide quality beverages/food products within the Leaf House standard. The ideal Barista Team Member will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for outgoing individuals wanting to work in a fast-paced environment.
