Position Overview:

Event Barista We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Barista to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Express Kafeh at a variety of high-impact events, delivering expertly crafted espresso beverages while providing a warm, engaging guest experience.

FORT LAUDERDALE AND SURROUNDING AREAS

Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding hospitality and customer service to every guest Prepare a full menu of espresso-based drinks with consistency, speed, and care Operate efficiently in high-volume settings (40-55 drinks per hour) while maintaining quality Set up, operate, and clean espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment Monitor inventory levels and support logistics for multi-day events Collaborate with teammates and work independently to ensure seamless service Adjust quickly to diverse event formats, venues, and client expectations Uphold high standards in drink presentation, latte art, and overall cleanliness What We’re Looking For Prior barista or fast-paced hospitality experience (preferred but not required) Foundational knowledge of espresso preparation or a strong eagerness to learn Confident, friendly, and professional communication style Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event needs Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift necessary equipment Why Work With Us?
