Key Responsibilities :

Craft Beverages :

Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and espresso-based drinks, including specialty beverages unique to Pepper & Salt MKT.

Customer Service :

Greet and interact with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on our menu.

Espresso Machine Expertise :

Operate our espresso machine (and other coffee brewing equipment) to ensure high-quality drinks are served consistently.

Inventory Management :

Keep track of coffee, milk, and other stock levels, restocking items as needed and communicating any shortages.

Cash Handling & POS :

Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.

Cleanliness :

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Menu Knowledge :

Be familiar with our marketplace offerings, and provide information to customers about ingredients, food pairings, and marketplace items.

Teamwork :

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and market staff to create a seamless customer experience.

Marketplace Support :

Occasionally assist in the marketplace area, including light stocking or helping customers with market products.

Qualifications :

Experience :

Previous experience as a Barista (1+ year preferred), with knowledge of espresso machines and coffee brewing methods. Passion for
