In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while ensuring that each beverage is made to perfection. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. Operate the espresso machine and other equipment with precision. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in food service or barista roles is a plus but not required.
