You’ll create tasty boba drinks and yummy snacks while delivering outstanding service in our lively cafe setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a range of boba beverages and snacks with accuracy, following set recipes Offer top-notch customer service by taking orders, answering inquiries, and suggesting menu favorites Manage cash transactions and operate the register with precision Keep the workspace tidy and organized, including cleaning tools and equipment Replenish stock and supplies as required Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards Required Skills Excellent people skills to connect with customers in a warm, professional way Ability to thrive in a busy environment while upholding quality Basic math skills for processing payments and giving change Preferred Skills Familiarity with boba drink preparation and various tea types Experience using POS systems Background in food service with an understanding of food prep and safety practices
