Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for sales and retail math as necessary. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory. Strong time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
