We are currently looking for a skilled and service-driven Barista to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care. Create beautiful and consistent latte art for all milk-based drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas throughout the day. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Occasionally assist with light floor duties—such as clearing tables or running food—during peak hours or as needed. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth, seamless guest experience. Represent the warm, welcoming energy of Rose Cafe at every guest interaction. What We’re Looking For Previous barista or café service experience preferred (2 year experience in high-volume or quality-driven environments). Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art is required. Experience with Cimbali espresso machines is a plus. A strong eye for detail, pride in presentation, and a proactive mindset. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm and friendly demeanor. Excellent communication skills and a natural team player.
