Yann Couvreur Pastry Restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our dynamic front-of-house team. As a barista, you’ll be the face of our café, providing exceptional service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and more—all alongside our signature pastries. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and precision Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and front-of-house areas Educate guests about our beverages, pastries, and seasonal offerings Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
