The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and effectively upsell menu items will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including Aloha POS. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Buss tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Sanitate work areas and equipment according to health standards. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Provide assistance to guests as needed, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experiences. Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems, particularly Aloha POS. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus for understanding menu items better. Excellent collaboration skills for working with team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding sanitation practices and food presentation.
