Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers’ specifications
• Ensure high-quality standards in every cup, consistently maintaining the taste, presentation, and temperature of drinks
• Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista is a must!
• Proficient knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso-based beverages
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
