Barista Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar 14841N Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy interacting with customers while showcasing their skills in beverage preparation. We offer base pay plus communal tips.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages , including specialty coffees, teas, milkshakes, and signature drinks. Create visually appealing and Instagram-worthy lattes and specialty beverages. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment . Educate customers on different coffee and tea options, including flavor profiles and ingredients . Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation techniques . Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area , including equipment and supply storage. Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service . Handle payments, operate POS systems, and process orders quickly and accurately .

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred. Passion for coffee and attention to detail in drink preparation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment . Strong communication and customer service skills . Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
