As we prepare to open our doors in Midtown Miami, we’re looking for a passionate, skilled Barista to help shape the customer experience from day one. We’re seeking a Barista who is not only confident behind the bar but also cares deeply about creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Stay updated on menu offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Skills Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and retail math calculations. Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A passion for coffee and food preparation is highly desirable.
