We proudly serve high-quality Colombian origin coffee , and as a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting products and upsell additional items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to guarantee the highest quality of products. Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; notify management when stock is low. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Provide assistance in training new staff members on café operations and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Basic cash handling experience is required; familiarity with cash registers is advantageous.
