As a Barista, you will be responsible for taking all orders, preparing coffees and smoothies, managing the cleanliness of the space, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your role taking orders on Clover POS and communication with our kitchen. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working independently, this is the perfect position for you. This is a full time job for someone who has experience as a barista and is passionate about coffee and health Qualifications Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha or Micros Strong time management and collaboration skills Basic math proficiency for cash handling and retail transactions Knowledge of food safety and handling practices in a café or food service environment
