As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Your role will involve preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is beneficial. A willingness to help teammates and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
