Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Job Summary As a Barista/Polisher at Oro, you will play a key support role in the overall guest experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with consistency and care, while also ensuring all glassware, silverware, and tableware are impeccably polished and presented to our standards.

Key Responsibilities Barista Duties:

Prepare and serve a full range of espresso and specialty coffee beverages to guests and staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment. Manage coffee/tea inventory and assist with restocking as needed. Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Polisher Duties:

Carefully polish and inspect glassware, flatware, and plateware to ensure all items meet fine dining presentation standards. Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations and tables. Support the front-of-house team with side work and cleanliness tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista or in a fine dining/polishing role is preferred but not required. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
