Responsibilities:
Efficiently take orders and process payments Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffees, smoothies, and juices Serve beers (applicants must be 18 or older) Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly service in a welcoming environment Keep the coffee bar and seating areas clean and well-organized Perform opening and closing duties as needed Assist with other tasks to support café operations
Requirements:
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish At least one year of experience in a restaurant or café setting Barista experience strongly preferred Minimum age of 18 years old for serving alcoholic beverages Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings Must be able to commute or relocate to Miami, FL 33138 (required) Why Yes!
