Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Autonation location. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive café atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our premium 100% Colombian coffee.
• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow all food safety and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Valid Food Handler certification.
• Bilingual or at least advanced conversational English and Spanish.
• Proven work experience and reliable references.
• All required documentation in order.
• Flexible availability.
• Reliable transportation.
