Responsibilities:
Make drinks (bubble tea / fruit tea/ brewed tea …) Take orders and process orders. Proficiently operate POS system and catering services. Provide informative solutions to customer questions about our products. Preparation (cutting fruits purees, cooking bubble, brewing tea, and making toppings) Clean the working station thoroughly before, during and after order Follow the store’s protocols for management, scheduling, opening and closing. Work well as a team player in order to create a cohesive workflow. Attention to details. Strong Customer service skills. Maintain a clean work-space by washing utensils, scrubbing counters & other areas, throwing the trash, and mopping the floor.

Previous bubble tea or coffee shop experience a plus
