As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and preparation standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and utensils. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Monitor inventory levels of coffee, food items, and supplies; assist in restocking as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment. Experience in the food service or food industry is preferred. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
