Essential Job Functions Delivers personalized guest service by learning and using guest names, remembering regulars’ preferences, and promptly greeting guests at the bar or table within two minutes. Executes setup, maintenance, and closing duties for coffee and bar areas, ensuring compliance with Auro and Franchisor standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization. Maintains product knowledge of all menu items, beverages, daily specials, and “86” items to confidently answer guest questions and provide accurate recommendations. Performs efficient service tasks including taking accurate orders, using the POS system correctly, pre-bussing/bussing tables, and serving food and drinks to standard. Utilizes suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales, while regularly checking back to meet guest needs. Handles financial transactions and inventory accurately, including processing payments, recording tips, tracking stock levels, and requisitioning supplies. Part-time hours available (up to 30 hours per week).
