Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our Kirkman location. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a positive café atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our premium 100% Colombian coffee.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow all food safety and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Valid Serv Safe certification.
- Bilingual or at least advanced conversational English and Spanish.
- Proven work experience and reliable references.
- All required documentation in order.
- Flexible availability.
