Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar Mizner Park 305 Plaza Real, Suite 1305 Boca Raton, FL 33432 Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will play a crucial part in the daily operations, contributing to a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide prompt service with a friendly demeanor. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the cash register system. Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including regular sanitization of surfaces and equipment. Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
