As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of tea beverages and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage customer orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies. Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of products served. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Knowledge of boba preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
