If you have experience with espresso, coffee, and smoothie preparation, a bright personality, and a passion for great customer service, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service with a smile. Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently using our Toast POS system. Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee beverages, and smoothies to high-quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including the register and beverage stations. Assist with stocking and replenishing ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensure all customer interactions reflect the positive and welcoming vibe of Drift.
Qualifications:
Experience in coffee, espresso, and smoothie preparation is a must. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
