We’re looking for an experienced barista who is passionate about high-quality coffee, elegant presentation, and exceptional customer service. Above local average hourly pay!
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a café or specialty coffee setting
- Confident in crafting espresso-based drinks with precision and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Professional, polished appearance with strong communication skills
- Naturally clean, organized, and detail-oriented
- Passionate about hospitality and elevating everyday moments for our guests
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Greet and engage with customers in a warm, refined manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station at all times
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Step in to support prep, cleaning, or team needs during slower moments

- This is not a training position
- Prior barista experience is required
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential
- Hourly rate + potential performance bonuses will be discussed during interviews
