This person supports both the play area and café operations, ensuring families feel welcomed, safe, and cared for. They help maintain a clean, organized space, assist with food and beverage service, and create a friendly, playful environment for kids and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist with check-in, memberships, and waivers Supervise and tidy the play area regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness Support basic café duties (e.g., prepping drinks, restocking, light food handling) Assist during events, parties, or workshops Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest issues Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols Help maintain a calm, friendly, and upscale vibe Qualifications Proven experience as a Barista with strong coffee knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in using POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Strong time management and sales abilities Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations Experience in food preparation and service within a café or retail environment
