Smoothie King Trinity is seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Food Truck Operator/ Smoothie Barista to join our team. You’ll safely and dependably drive the food truck (F350 Cargo Transit High Roof) to and from events, prepare and serve our healthy, delicious Smoothies with a Purpose , and providing excellent service to our guests at various event locations in a fast-paced, mobile environment. This is a part-time position.

Schedule:

Part-time or full-time, flexible hours (including weekends and evenings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the food truck, including driving to events, setting up equipment (like generators and blenders), and breaking down after shifts.
• Prepare smoothies and menu items following Smoothie King’s recipes and quality standards
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service, taking orders and processing payments accurately
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation rules
• Help restock supplies and manage inventory on the truck

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive the food truck
• Strong communication and great customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods
• Experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
• Represent the Smoothie King brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices

Additional Qualifications:

• Clean Driving Record:

  A stellar driving history is a must

• Clean Record & Background Check:

  Must have a clean record and be able to pass a Level 2 Background Investigation, as required by Florida Statute, to work as a vendor on Pasco County School District property. This includes fingerprint-based state and national criminal history checks.
