Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Baristas to join our team at [Amor Cafe]. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and beverage experiences, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping to maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and tea beverages consistently to company standards Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner Operate coffee and espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings and seasonal products Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately Keep the coffee bar, workstations, and dining areas clean and well-stocked Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Restock inventory and assist with receiving and organizing deliveries Support team members and contribute to a positive team environment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
