Summary
We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosp of spontaneity and authenticity. The barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a weing and clean environment for guests.

• Serving guests in Outlet.
• Answering guest questions about menu items.
• Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
• Up-selling and suggestive selling of items.
• Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.
• Tidying areas within & surrounding guest facing areas
• Package catering orders placed online
• Perform cashier duties
• All other duties as assigned by leadership
  Qualifications
  A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  Refined verbalmunication skills
  Ability to stand for long periods of time
  Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
  Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
