Barista Circa Coffee Tyrone 865 Senoia Road, Tyrone, GA 30290 Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your passion for coffee and customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our patrons, ensuring they leave with a smile. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee station and dining area. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process customer transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of all food products served. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and efficiency. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner. Experience in food service or retail environments is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
