We open this spring and as we grow our team, we are looking for individuals that align with our core values of hospitality, empowerment, simplicity, sustainability and community. Job Description We are looking for an experienced and engaging Barista who is passionate about people and beverage preparation to provide an excellent guest experience at our Buckhead café & market. The Barista will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including a full range of made to order coffee drinks. An uplifting personality paired with a strong awareness of guest needs and commitment to thoughtful strategies to ensure quality service when things get fast-paced are also must-haves.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment; previous experience working with the Modbar system a plus
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Superior people skills and a polite, engaging personality
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to cultivating customer excellence and a hospitality-driven culture
- Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma or equivalent
