You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest. Your skills in preparing high-quality shakes, as well as your friendly, energetic and engaging personality, will contribute to the overall success of the business. This is our first store in Sandy Springs, GA. An effective Barista will have opportunities for career growth as the brand expands to multiple locations in the metro Atlanta area. Duties Engage with customers in a polite and knowledgeable manner, answering inquiries about the menu and ingredients Memorize and prepare 30+ recipes according to standing recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring that all equipment, blender canisters and utensils are properly washed and sanitized for regular use. Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by notifying management of stock shortages or popular items. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Requirements Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Excellent customer service skills to delight our customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Ability to operate a blender, move boxes and tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh and frozen fruits, nuts and dairy products. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and cleanliness.
