Job Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Coffee Barista to join our team. You’ll be the face of our café—preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, offering warm and efficient customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Whether it’s a quick grab-and-go or a cozy sit-down moment, you help create the experience guests come back for.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages consistently to recipe standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately and efficiently Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and pastries Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and service areas Restock ingredients, paper goods, and merchandise as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a barista or in food service (preferred but not required) Passion for coffee and customer service Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs Manual dexterity for operating equipment and handling hot beverages

$16.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
