This dual-role position requires a passion for both coffee and cocktails, as you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffee beverages. Craft signature cocktails, pour beer and wine, and serve a variety of spirits with precision. Engage with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring an outstanding service experience. Maintain a deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings. Ensure consistency in drink preparation by following established recipes and presentation standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and café station. Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift. Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred. Passion for coffee, cocktails, and exceptional customer service. Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and cocktail mixing techniques (training provided). Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred for alcohol service). Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
