Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest warmly and provide outstanding customer service Take orders accurately using POS system and handle cash/credit transactions Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages Plate and serve pastries and bakery items with attention to detail and presentation Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and beverage stations Refill supplies, restock display cases, and rotate products as needed Follow opening and closing procedures consistently Collaborate with back-of-house team to ensure smooth service Answer customer questions about menu items and make product recommendations • Uphold brand standards, hygiene practices, and uniform guidelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable and punctual • Barista experience is a plus (training available)
