We’re hiring upbeat, flexible Retail + Treats Associates to serve custard, sling coffee, and help guests find the perfect souvenir. education: High School Responsibilities Greeting guests with a smile and upbeat energy Assisting with retail purchases — think shirts, mugs, and more Serving custard and coffee like a pro (samples included!) Restocking shelves and keeping displays clean and organized Handling cash and accurately recording orders Maintaining a tidy, welcoming space (clean counters, dust-free shelves, stocked seating areas) Supporting both the Retail and Food & Beverage sides of The Cottage Closing out your shift with side work and prep for the next day Teaming up with co-workers and shift leads to deliver top-tier guest experiences Taking initiative, jumping in where needed, and handling guest concerns with care The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 25lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
