Customer Experience Barista Mozart Bakery Cafe (Buford) Buford, GA 30519 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in food service and your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the overall café experience for our patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Uphold high standards of food handling practices to ensure the safety and quality of all products served. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Strong cash handling skills with experience using a cash register. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and change calculation.
