Front of House Staff The Cream Duluth 3455 Duluth Highway 120 Ste B, Duluth, GA 30096 Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this position is perfect for you. Duties Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate cash registers and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Uphold high standards of customer service at all times Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, café, grocery store, or quick-service fast-food environment is preferred Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions Ability to operate a cash register effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate with team members in a professional manner
